Gain visibility and get to know BYU-Hawaii students and our campus “up close and personal” by attending a career fair at BYU-Hawaii! Employers who participate regularly comment on the high caliber of BYU-Hawaii students, as well as the quality of these events. Whether you use career fairs as a preliminary pre-recruitment activity or as your primary sourcing tool, you will likely find an event that suits your needs.

Using Handshake, you will be given the option to pay online. From there, you will also receive an invoice after we have confirmed your purchase.

*NOTE TO RECRUITERS: Please bring your tracking number with you to the fair. Please ensure that your materials are guaranteed to arrive by the Monday prior to the fair. Your supplies will be at your assigned booth when you arrive. To ship them back at the end of the fair, please bring your PRE-PRINTED label(s) and items to the employer check-in table.  Shipping labels will NOT be provided.




Driving and Parking

The Lorenzo Snow parking lot will be open for you employer parking. We will be offering a shuttle service to help you and your materials get to the Aloha Center Mall quick and easy! If you have any questions regarding shuttles, please visit the employer check-in table or call (808) 675-3264.

(Plan for approximately 52 minutes to 1 hour of travel time from the Honolulu International Airport)


From Honolulu International Airport

  1. Get on I-H-1 E toward Waikiki from Ala Onaona St

  2. In 2.7 miles, take exit 20A onto HI-63 N toward Likelike Hwy

  3. In 7.1 miles, keep right for 23 miles

  4. Turn left onto Naniloa Loop

  5. In 0.3 miles, turn left onto Kulanui St.

  6. There will be signs to guide you to the Lorenzo Snow parking lot

  7. Shuttle carts will transport you to and from the Career Fair, located in the Aloha Center Mall.


When to Arrive

Please arrive between 8:45 AM and 9:30 AM on the day of the fair to register and set up your booth. Since there are changes being made right up until the fair, we won’t be able to tell you your booth location ahead of time. When you arrive on the day of the fair, we will show you to your booth. The Career Fair begins at 10:00 AM and ends at 1:00 PM.



Lunch will be served nearing the end of the Career Fair and will be passed out to you directly at your booth. If you will have more than 2 presenters, please email at least 2 weeks prior to ensure that we order enough food to feed all presenters and staff.


Printing & Copying

If you need to make copies or print out any materials, please feel free to stop into the Alumni Office (located inside of the Aloha Center, across from the book store) and we will be happy to assist you. However, we are only allowed to print on regular computer paper in our office so if you need a colored poster on cardstock etc., please visit Print Services located in the back of the Book Store.


Schedule an Interview Room

If you are interested in reserving  an interview room, please let us know at least 2 weeks prior so that we may reserve one. Due to the high demand, there is a possibility that a room may not be available. We will try our best to accomodate you so that you are able to conduct your itnerviews.


Schedule an Information Session

If you are interested in having an information session some time after the Career Fair, please let us know at least 2 months in advance so that we can ensure to schedule a room and gather any and all materials and assistance you may need.
